Difficult first day for Bendsneyder and Odendaal

After the first day of the Dutch TT there is work to be done for NTS RW Racing GP. Bo Bendsneyder finished Friday in 24th place with a time of 1.38.661, Steven Odendaal was 26th with a time of 1.39.009. That is far away from where the team and the riders had hoped and expected.

Bendsneyder came in a few times during the training sessions to make adjustments to the machine, but that did not bring the Dutchman the desired improvements. Odendaal ended up outside the track twice, fortunately without consequences for the South African.

Bo Bendsneyder: “This was a very difficult day. We were unable to find the setup that helps me. I have little feeling with the bike and we do not understand exactly where the problem is. We have changed a lot, both during practice and between sessions, but we have not been able to find it yet.”

Steven Odendaal: “Once it was a bit of motocross and in the Strubben I crashed at very low speed. It was not a nice day that way and this is not where we want to be. Yet I have the idea that we are on the right track. The team says they know which way to go. As for myself, I have to focus more on myself and pay less attention to what others are doing.”
