@zonta_84 – P11: “This was certainly not a bad start to the weekend. This morning we started well and I only needed a small improvement for a better position. This afternoon we continued in that way and after a good first run I was in the top three for a long time. In the second run we tried a different rear tyre but it wasn't as good as the first, so we didn't manage to improve further at that point. Anyway, there was no reason to panic and we were fast, so for now we are also in Q2. I'm definitely happy with how things went today, and that we gathered a lot of information that we can put to good use for the rest of the weekend.”

@barrybaltus7 – P24: “It wasn’t such a great day for us today. We worked a lot on race pace with used tyres and our rhythm was quite good, so we need to keep working in this direction. Tomorrow we’ll need to make sure to do a good time attack and secure a good place on the grid. Let’s see what we can do tomorrow.”

Jarno Janssen – RW-Idrofoglia Racing GP team manager: “It was a good start to the weekend for us, both riders showed good potential. Zonta's 11th time is an excellent performance while on Barry's side we unfortunately had some problems at the end of the session. This prevented him to fully push for a fast lap so he will have to do that tomorrow. It just needs to fall into the right place tomorrow and then I think we can have a good day.”
